To make the stay of your and others pets as proper as possible, the owner
needs to sign the following conditions:
The conditions:
Preliminary
to the accommodation of the animal at the resort, it needs to have its
valid vaccinations. The necessary vaccinations for a dog is a
so-called 'Big Cocktail', for a cat it's the 'Cat Cocktail' including
'Feline Leukemia'. The vaccine is not allowed to be supplied longer then
a year ago or shorter then 2 weeks (please bring a valid vaccination
certificate).
YOUR
PET NEEDS TO BE FREE OF VERMIN (ticks, flee and scabies).
The
owner declares that its pet is healthy at the start of its accommodation and does not suffer and has not suffered from any
infectious diseases.
The
Pet Resort feels obliged to give the best possible care to the accommodated
pets. But your pet has, because of the fact that it comes into contact with
new and other pets, a higher chance of catching a contagious or other
disease or injury. The
Resort can never be held responsible for the possible results or consequences
coming from this.
The
resort-owner is authorized in case of illness of the accommodated pet to
consult a veterinarian. This at the expense of the owner of the pet.
The accommodated pet is on the account of the Pet Resort by no means insured.
Not for any internal or external damage. Any possible damage caused by a
pet during its stay is on the account of the owner.
The
owner of the accommodated pet is at all times obliged to pay the accommodation-fee. The
accommodated pet will only be handed back to the owner when the total fee-fee is paid.
